Brauer gets an Upgrade

Six years ago, we moved into Brauerstrasse 58 and were able to realize our dream of a location that combines a roastery, café and training rooms under one roof. Over the past years, we’ve focused on providing you with the best possible coffee experience. To continue doing so at this level of quality, it was time to rethink the architecture of Brauerstrasse.

Renovations start April 8th and will be taking approx four weeks.

We will remain open throughout and continue to spoil you with the best coffee during this time. Our cake and bakery offerings, as well as smaller sweet and savory daily specials, will still be available. However, we will have to pause the brunch offering for a few weekends.

We’ll be back with a fresh weekend menu as of mid May.

Curious what’s happening?

Together with Florian Ringli our architect, we have redesigned our café and the adjoining roastery. The needs of our guests, baristas, and our roastery team are our top priority. The following areas will be renovated:

> A larger roasting facility 

> An independent production kitchen 

> A dedicated training room for internal training and our masterclasses for filter and espresso
