We roast freshly every week. It might be that your product is out of order the moment you order it and will be roasted in the next roasting cycle with the upcoming few days.
In the ordering process you will get the option to choose „Pick-Up“.
The option is available for our Café at Brauerstrasse as well as our Take-Away miró central at Zurich Mainstation.
No shipping fees will be charged for “Pick-Ups”.
Costs & Delivery within Switzerland
Within Switzerland we will always send B-Mail (Economy). We ask for the regular Swiss Mail prices which are:
- CHF 7 for packages up to 2Kgs
- CHF 9.7 for packages up to 10Kgs
- CHF 20.5 up to 30Kgs
Orders as of CHF 100 shipping are free of charge.
Costs & Delivery International
International orders are carried out by our partner UPS with Economy Saver.
The given shipping prices include fuel surcharges for air-mailing but do not include any custom fees or other fees that might be charged by your country.
Further costs are at the expense of the customer.

Timing & Tracking
Your orders will be sent within two days upon order with SWISS Post or UPS, depending on your country.
Orders within Switzerland take approximately 2 days for being delivered. International orders take between 5 to 10 days.
Our insurance covers loss of orders upon CHF 250 of value.
Our logistics are closed over the weekend. Orders arriving between Friday and Sunday will be processed Monday earliest.
Returns and damages
In case your order is damaged, please send us a short e-Mail to email@example.com explaining the damage including a picture ideally.
Returns are only accepted if delivered with a defect. Returns are at the expense of the customer or can be returned in one of our locations
