In the choice of coffee for our espresso subscription we look for sweetness and body, paired with coffee varieties that are chocolate and caramel-forward tastes. We usually change coffee every six to eight months. This subscription is suited for coffee lovers, that want to keep a constant in their coffee drinking.
Every sending contains 330g full beans.
The subscription runs monthly and renews automatically.

Fazenda do Cruzeiro in the Espresso Subscription
In our quest for a unique Brazilian coffee for our subscription service, we sought something truly exceptional. While Brazilian coffees are often sweet with chocolate and nutty notes, hidden treasures offer a more diverse and unconventional flavor profile.
Our journey led us to an extraordinary coffee, sourced through our valued direct trade partner, SanCoffee, which extendsvital export services to small-scale farmers in the region. Without the support of an exporting partner like SanCoffee,gems like the one from Antônio might never make their way to us in the form of a microlot.
About the farm
The history of Fazenda do Cruzeiro dates back to 1923 when the couple Avelino Ferreira de Aguiar and Maria Julia de Paiva Aguiar got married. Both came from traditional families in the Santo Antônio do Amparo municipality.
As a farmer and coffee grower, Avelino distinguished himself by seeking continuous progress in his business. He was oneof the first in the entire region to have electricity, a telephone line, and running water in his household. Avelino also pioneered the installation of a coffee processing machine very advanced for that time.
Avelino passed away in 1931. In the following decades, the farm was managed by his widow Maria Julia, their firstbornson José Ananias and stayed in the family until current owner Ivan Junqueira Ribeiro, great-grandson of José Ananias acquired the parts of his mother, uncles, and aunts, reunifying the farm in 2006.
Since a young age, Ivan and his brothers used to spend weekends and holidays at Fazenda Cruzeiro with their grandparents.
Nowadays living in Belo Horizonte, State capital of Minas Gerais, with his wife and two daughters, Ivan wishes toprovide the girls the same experience and sweet memories of his childhood in contact with nature.
To keep the family memories alive, to invest in an alternative business, and with the desire that his daughters could havegood experiences as he had at the farm, he decided to buy the Fazenda Cruzeiro in 2006, becoming the owner of the farm.
