Updated Desayuno!

We’ve made some changes on our brunch menu. And added some new dishes. Mhmm.
Haven’t we all felt like changing something in the new year? New habits? New goals? New us?
We, at least, have felt that it’s time to make some changes to our Desayuno menu. Not just because. But because we want to bring a regular rotation to our mostly seasonal dishes, while staying true to some of our best-loved classics. Everything will still be homemade – from breadcrumbs to granola.
Curious to see what new treats we have up our sleeves and on your plate starting this weekend?
Read on.

After about four weeks of tinkering and tasting, our talented kitchen team, Elena and Joana, have come up with a bunch of new homemade delights.
For one, there’s the brand new Breakfast Burrito to look forward to. Rice, black beans, spinach, spicy mayo, sweet potato, purple cabbage, pico de gallo, beautifully wrapped in a tortilla – with its seasonal ingredients, this burrito will more than satisfy the savoury types among you.
Following a high demand, we have conjured up a French Toast – made with caramelised homemade brioche, orange crème fraiche, spiced apples, vanilla sauce and lots and lots of love. Sweet, isn’t it?

Another newcomer to our menu is the Matcha Chia Pudding with mango jam, coconut yoghurt and homemade granola. The Matcha we used is from Matcha & Friends – the same one we use to make our much-loved matcha latte, and which we also sell in our shops. What a match(a).
Overnight, another idea came to Elena’s mind: Let’s add coffee to our popular Overnight Oats! Soaked in almond milk and Boa Vista and served with coconut yoghurt and house granola, these new overnight oats embody the perfect start to the morning. Promise.
Other dishes are celebrating their comeback. We’re reintroducing the Rice Pudding with mixed citrus, coconut yoghurt, mint and house granola. Looking like a sunrise, this bowl will not only fill your belly with joy, but your eyes too. (As they all will, of course).
While we have more gluten-free options with the last three bowls above, and a wider range of dishes in general, some things on our menu have stayed the same. Almost.
The Mushrooms on Toast has been slightly tweaked with larger grilled mushrooms on top, while our all-time classic Avocado Toast remains due to its popularity. An evergreen, literally.
So stop reading and start eating. Maybe this weekend? See you soon.
