A brand new Brunch!

Yum. Last weekend, we’ve turned our whole brunch menu upside down — and surprised you with fresh dishes. Wanna know what inspired us and what changed? Read on.

It’s been one week since we have launched our new menu. Júlia, our lovely head of kitchen, introduced the miró brunch to the future — and simultaneously brought it back to the roots. Its Spanish roots.
The brunch at miró Brauer is Spanish-inspired. Our dishes spread warmth — and are designed to be shared.

The menu is now featuring new but old but gold creations such as «Antonio’s Tortilla» (based on the original recipe from the Sanchez family, pssst) or «Tostada de Queso» and Classics in a new robe like «Tostada de Avocado». They bring a taste of traditions, fresh air and consistency — and still align with the seasons over the year.
Also, we’ve included personal favourite dishes of our team — currently featuring «Freddy’s Pancakes», inspired by Kaiserschmarrn.

Not only our brunch menu has gotten an update — also our vitrines shine in a new light.
From the beloved Spanish infused Basque Cheesecake (only served on weekends!) over buns with seasonal fruit to specialty-cold-brew-infused Coffee Cake — some real gems are just waiting for you to be left with no crumbs.


We serve brunch at our flagship miró Brauer every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Our sweet treats in the vitrines are there for you all week long. Homemade from A to Z and made with lots and lots of love and passion straight out of the miró kitchen, we cannot wait until you all have had a bite.
